The mission
statement of the instrumental music department is to
teach students the history of music, the skills needed
for music excellence, cooperation, leadership,
creativity, as well as self and group discipline. We
believe any person, any student, has the ability to
play a musical instrument with proper instruction,
patience and support, and personal desire.
The students are offered a selection of courses
including Symphonic/Marching, Jazz Bands, Sound
Engineering and A.P. Music Theory.
